Main flaw, is most if not every corp with a bpo worth the time has several characters with maxed research skills. The joys of alts or simply training up a main. Hopefully you will get more interest but I would be suprised if you do.

I generaly suggest using 0. WC's you either want in bulk (4+) or not at all. If something is only going to scramble you for 1 point, you simply kill it. Big blockades will usualy have 3+ of the 2 point scrambers on a fast frigate, so even 3 WC's...
